There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a double bedroom separated from the hallway with a glass screen, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and a utility cupboard with washer/dryer. Please note that this apartment does not allow pets. This apartment can sleep up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.

Very comfortable, quiet setting that is steeped in history. There is no real need to leave drakes wharf as everything you could need is on site, however did go into Plymouth which was easy enough on using the bus. I would certainly recommend staying at Drakes Wharf.

Beds super comfortable Great shower Very well equipped with everything you could want to need for your stay. Parking description needs updating to highlight your parking options are any pay and display area (without paying for it as it’s covered in the apartment rent cost). Clarence No. 10 at Drakes Wharf is an excellent holiday vacation rental. Not only was it within walking distance to fabulous restaurants at the wharf and a short drive time to Plymouth itself, it was also a great base for the surrounding area. The vacation rental had all the modern conveniences you can think of and was truly a home away from home. Thoroughly recommend this spotless place so close to the water. To be able to stay in such a beautiful old building that is fully refurbished to 21st century standards is a must.
