Brief Description
This garden level apartment has direct access down steps to the communal garden, with its own balcony and outside dining area hosting fabulous south facing sea views. The lounge area has a TV and there is a separate dining area. There is a well-equipped kitchen (no freezer) with a dishwasher. The main double bedroom has steps in it down to a twin bedroom (please note there is no door separating the two rooms and the steps are quite steep). The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Well behaved dogs are welcome in this apartment at an additional charge. This apartment can sleep up to 4 people in total (including any children).

We really enjoyed our stay easy to find and details on the day of arrival was easy and clear instructions to get in to the apartment. A well eqiped apartment clean and tidy with excellent sea views with a patio sliding door made it feel even better. Parking was easy outside in the road all we did not use the car as not far to walk to local shops and restaurants. So much to see and do and good bus routes. Local information centre by the marina is a good place to go to find other places to go to it's only a short walk away.

We visited as a family of 3 adults with a baby and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable and spacious with what has to be one of the best views of Torbay. It had all the facilities we needed within the apartment and everything within walking distance if staying locally. If there was only one thing that could have improved our stay with a baby it would be the parking, we drove alot to other places and a couple times we couldnāt park close but that is only a minor negative considering the beautiful location of the apartment itself. We would definately stay again if we come back to Torquay š

I accidentally found Astor house when looking for an impromptu trip. This trip was with the dog. I never have high expectations for properties that allow dogs. Astor House was the exception, spotlessly clean, beautiful apartment and a great location. We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much.
