You can find our properties on many agents websites so we can reach as many people as possible, however it is always better to book direct with us. Here are four important reasons as to why you should choose to book with Plumlocations here, as we own and run all the properties on this site.
1. Lowest Price Guaranteed in Devon
You will always be able to secure the lowest price here as our prices don’t include the commissions and fees charged by the online agents:

These online agents are no longer legally able to enforce price parity so guests are now free to approach property owners direct for lower prices.
Prices change dynamically all the time and If you ever see a lower price appear on another site tell us here and we will always beat it!

Bookings of 28 days approximately 30% off ask for a quote
Loyalty Discounts for Returning Guests
7.5% if you have stayed with us anytime before
12.5% if you re-book your next stay within a month of your departure
NB Discounts apply to the accommodation cost only not service charge or extras. One discount per booking (largest).
3. Complementary upgrades
You can request a complementary upgrade to a more expensive apartment (e.g. from a town view to a sea view apartment) from 24 hours prior to arrival. This upgrade will be made free of charge, however please note that some apartments may incur an additional cost. Please note all upgrades are subject to availability.
4. Flexible Bookings
We can now offer two booking options:
1 Non refundable – £25 deposit on booking and full payment required at 90 days before arrival
2 Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival – £25 refundable deposit on booking and full payment 5 days before arrival (15% supplement)
5. 4 days for the price of 3
We can offer a free night for a 3 night booking at any time outside school holidays on request.
