No 6 is a first floor two bed apartment with floor to ceiling door/windows leading to balcony and stunning sea views. With a dining area on the balcony, cook up a treat in the kitchen and savour it with spectacular sea views. The lounge has retro furniture, such as a leather sofa and single sofa bed along with chunky wood tables. Other facilities include modern kitchen and bathroom. Thanks to the apartments' generous dining areas, you’ll find it’s easy to entertain in the lounge or the balcony. Double and twin bedroom with a double and single bed complete a light and spacious apartment sleeping up to 7 people. This apartment has a sofa bed. Apartment 17 was exceptional. The view from the juliette balcony located in the lounge area is breath-taking stretching across the Torre Abbey Sands towards Paignton and Brixham. Apartment facilities were as described, very spacious, of a high quality and spotless. Welcome pack of milk, biscuits was a nice surprise. Extremely good communications with owners for arrivals and departures etc. Warren Road was easy and safe to park on as advised. Nice access from the apartment down to the sea front via a private path and then onto a public path however as advised it is a steep climb back up to the apartment from the sea front level. Slightly easier to walk back via Shedden Hill Road and then onto Warren Road if you struggle with steps. If forced to make one improvement it would be the residents garden on the lower level could benefit from new furniture and an overall pruning of the surrounding shrubbery (but this did not spoil or impact our visit) but was noted. Overall a 5* property and highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Torquay.

Lovely location. Flat is well equipped to a high standards. The flats are high up on a cliff about 130- 140 steps above ground...good exercise and small price to pay for the view. You can walk up on road instead of steps which is a bit better. On road parking is not too full. Only drawback is noise from kitchen tap in flat 10;Will wake you up.

This is a great apartment, where paying the premium for the sea view and balcony is worth it. Loved these. The living room is wonderful, the kitchen is well-equipped and the bedroom, although slightly small and dark, is just what you need if staying in summer when you want the bedroom to be cool and shady so you can get a good night's sleep away from the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean. The only slight irritations were that the mattress creaked every time I rolled over and the bathroom designer should have thought about putting the bathroom cabinet just above such a shallow sink (in terms of how far it sticks out from the wall) because you couldn't lean over to wash your face/brush your teeth without banging your head on the cabinet! Overall, an excellent stay.
