Private parking by 1 Elliot Terrace (space for cars only) is included in your booking (one car per apartment only) and is bookable by texting your registration before arrival to the property manager on a first come first served basis. There are two spaces at the front of 1 Elliot Terrace and 6 spaces at the side. Accessibility Information: There are 4 steps into the building, then the inner door has 6 steps into the main building. There is one flight of 20 stairs, plus 6 up to the half landing or you can get the lift to the first floor, then it has 6 stairs to the apartment.

We booked for two nights in Plymouth. We have no complaints everything was clean and well presented. Beds were comfortable and apartment well equipped. Good showers and nice big bath towels. We stay in Plymouth a fair bit but this is our first time with Plumlocations. However I’m sure it won’t be the last. Only changes I would make is a sea view and to book direct.

Beautiful apartment at a very reasonable price. Lovely and clean on arrival and super easy to get in contact with house keeping etc.. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location property and the views outstanding . Everything required provided for in the property all with the extras nice touch . The communication was excellent the staff kept you informed from the call advising you of where to park and entrance to the property a personal touch rather than just by email .
