This very large 130sqm duplex apartment has been completely refurbished in a modernised traditional style with a very large elegant ground floor lounge. The large windows allow the sunshine to stream into the apartment, filling the rooms with warmth, whilst providing fantastic views of the Hoe and sea beyond.

Down steps from the lounge, there is a large farmhouse style fully equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the sheltered courtyard and three ensuite double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The bedrooms comprise an ensuite double bedroom with large comfortable bed, as second ensuite double bedroom, ensuite twin bedroom and a single internal bedroom off the hallway. You can book some options including two z beds available for kids sleeping a total of 9 people in all. Free ultrafast wifi and parking included. A really lovely apartment. Only things I noticed was the flush in the en suite is broken and a panel on the side of the bath is untidy. Apart from that (which is no big deal) lovely.

A very high standard apartment that is very spacious and extremely comfortable and the Kitchen has all the mod cons . Great location with great view of the sea . I just wish I was here for a holiday instead of work and in better weather or in summer

We’ve stayed before and chose Elliott terrace again as the service from booking and whilst at Elliott terrace is perfect. The chap (so sorry his name escapes me) who is at the property looking after it is always really helpful and friendly. We’re back again at Christmas and I’m sure the stay will be just as good. Accommodation was superior once we finally entered our room. We had issues regarding access to the front door as keypad was sticking on several buttons. Had to wait over half an hour to have it rectified. Housekeeping gentleman was very helpful and thorough, keeping us updated with the process and accommodating with the parking permit. Apart from the initial hiccup, we had a lovely stay and hope to be back some time in the near future.

Hi Cathy and Steve, the apartment is fabulous and the location stunning . The sun ☀️ has just come out after a very stormy few hours so the view is mesmerising .
