Your parking permits allow parking in Zone A marked on the road signs in parts of the following roads, subject to availability:
Trinity Hill, Meadfoot Lane, Vanehill Road, Parkhill Road, South Hill Road, Torwood Close & Torwood Gardens Road.

Please make sure your parking permits are filled in and displayed correctly in your car at all times.

Please check any time restrictions on the road signs. You will need to display a permit for the day of departure as wardens start patrol at 8am (you can leave in the car the day before). Please note the permits do not guarantee parking and if the roads are busy there are three nearby car parks (Meadfoot Road, Beacon Quay and Montpelier Street). These are available for a daily charge or longer permits are available from the Tourist Information Office and cover all Torbay car parks. Please note your daily permits are not valid in these car parks.

Strictly no parking is permitted in the central courtyard except drop off only for disabled guests.

Guests are asked to familiarise themselves with local parking rules and regulations as we can take no responsibility for payment of fines or penalties.
