Your key safe code will be sent by SMS just after 1 hour before your arrival.
The code for the security gates will be sent with your check in details around 2pm on the day of arrival. They automatically open and shut and must not be pulled and pushed. Once in the courtyard, the button to the right of the gates will let you out when pressed.
As soon as you arrive please ensure that you display your visitors parking permit on your dashboard, the car parking wardens are very vigilant morning, day and night and will not hesitate to issue fines! Upon check in please take time to read the parking instructions carefully. Daily parking permits are provided and will be available in the apartment. Please make sure these are filled in and displayed correctly in your car at all times. Please see the parking map for Zone A parking, please check any time restrictions on the road signs. You will need to display a permit for the day of departure as wardens start patrol from 6.30am (you can leave in the car the day before). Please note the permits do not guarantee parking and if the roads are busy there are three nearby car parks (Meadfoot Road, Beacon Quay and Montpelier Street). These are available for a daily charge or longer permits are available from Tourist Information Office for all Torbay car parks. Please note your daily permits are not valid in these car parks.
Strictly no parking is permitted in the central courtyard except drop off only for disabled guests.
You will have one set of keys for your apartment, which is left in the key safe box. Your key safe code will be sent by SMS around 2pm on the day of arrival.
The key safe is by each apartment door maybe with a rubber cover. You need to remove the cover, push the button at the bottom of key safe down and put in the key safe number, making sure you push the buttons right in. You then need to pull down the button at the top of key safe down and open to remove keys. Closure is achieved by doing the above steps in reverse.
The key safe is also there for your use if you wish to return to the building at different times from others in your party – so extra keys should not be necessary. If you do lock yourself out, there will be a call out charge.

We welcome you with a hospitality tray with a basic selection of hot drinks and biscuits, toiletries and kitchen essentials for your convenience. As we are a self catering facility we provide enough provisions to last you for your first 24 hours with us. Stays over a week will receive a clean and linen change.
Should anything get broken during your stay please also let us know so that we can ensure it is replaced for the next guests. It is also expected that you leave your apartment in a reasonable condition (ie: dishes washed, rubbish in bins and bins put outside). Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning time being required and this maybe chargeable to you.
We want you to be comfortable during your stay. The heating is controllable for your comfort. However, our business is also committed to our sustainability principles, and for this reason we would ask you to help us reduce our carbon footprint by observing the following:
Many thanks for your cooperation with this.
Please note that no wet wipes, nappies or sanitary products can be put down the toilets. Putting anything down apart from toilet paper may cause an immediate blockage.
Cots and high chairs will have been put in the apartment if pre-booked (free of charge). Please note we do not provide cot bedding.
You will find sofa bedding and/or Z beds in the apartment if pre-booked (£) – please use the mattress protector supplied.
If you wish to use your washing machines and dryers, please put no more than half a washing load to dry as otherwise the electricity may trip out and there is a breakdown of risk. Apartments are also equipped with drying racks.
When your bin is full, please dispose of your rubbish bag to one of the large main disposal bins. This is at the far end of the central courtyard through the passage. Refuse will be collected from this point only.
Please check in the kitchen drawer where you will find instructions for appliances and a list which details the location of your fire blanket/fire extinguishers, first aid kit, water stop clock & electricity mains.
You will find a full version of Guest information via a link in your Check in Details and also via a QR code in your apartment.
