House Rules

• Bookers should be over 21 years old.
• Parties and noise disturbances are strictly forbidden to ensure the quiet enjoyment of other guests.
• The owners reserve the right to decline any booking or ask for a refundable deposit at their discretion.
• Any breach of the House Rules & Terms and Conditions including any damages and/or extra cleaning will result in a charge to cover the full costs (minimum £50 per person) and guests may be asked to leave without refund.

Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly establishment and well behaved dogs are permitted in apartment numbers 9, 10, 10a, 13, 15 & 34 at an additional charge. Dog beds and bowls are available on request. If any accident occurs within the apartment please advise us as soon as possible so these can be cleaned professionally. Please follow our dog etiquette as below:

• Dogs must be well behaved including:
• Fully house trained.
• Must not be left alone in the apartment.
• Are not permitted on beds or furniture.
• Please hoover where necessary and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided.
• We do not accept dogs that are in season.
• We do not accept cats or other animals.
• Extra charges will apply if extra cleaning is required following your stay ie: moulting hair, soiling etc.

Dog beds and bowls are available on request. Please follow our dog etiquette – do not allow dogs on the bed or sofa, without using the throws provided. Please hoover where necessary and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. If any accident occurs within the apartment please advise us as soon as possible so these can be cleaned professionally

Smoking

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within these apartments. Smoking and vaping is only permitted on outside. There will be a charge made if there is a smell of smoke in apartments on departure.

Fire Safety

In the unlikely event of a fire, a continuous alarm will sound. Please leave your flat immediately and assemble outside on the road. Please only re-enter the building once declared safe to do so by the Fire Brigade. A short fire alarm test is carried out weekly on Saturday morning.
