Parties and noise disturbances are not permitted at any time to ensure the quiet enjoyment of other guests and residents. Young non family groups, hen and stag parties are not permitted. Smoke alarms and fire blankets are provided for your safety. In the event of a fire leave the apartment shutting the door and call the Fire Brigade 999 and the House Manager. Assemble on the road outside the building. Use the safety equipment provided ensuring the safety of you and the guests are the priority.
These apartments are strictly no smoking and smoking is only permitted outside. There will be a charge made if there is a smell of smoke in apartments on departure. Please use the two wall mounted ashtrays in the courtyard for those wishing to smoke outside.
We are a pet friendly establishment and well behaved dogs are permitted in apartment numbers 9, 10, 10a, 12, 13, 15, 30 & 34at an additional charge. Dog beds and bowls are available on request. Please follow our dog etiquette – do not allow dogs on the bed or sofa, without using the throws provided. Please hoover where necessary and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. If any accident occurs within the apartment please advise us as soon as possible so these can be cleaned professionally.
