These apartments are strictly no smoking and smoking is only permitted outside. There will be a charge made if there is a smell of smoke in apartments on departure.
We are a pet friendly in apartment number 10 Clarence for well behaved pets. Dog beds and bowls are available on request. Please follow our dog etiquette – do not leave your dog alone in the apartment or allow dogs on the bed or sofa, without using the throws provided. Please hoover where necessary and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. If any accident occurs within the apartment please advise us as soon as possible so these can be cleaned professionally.
6 and 15 Mills Bakery are on their own all electric heating and hot water system. This is controlled by a SMART thermostat programmed for your comfort and can be boosted for 2 hours.
10 Clarence is part of a communal system to the whole building and can be controlled via the radiators.
