House Rules

• Bookers should be over 21 years old.
• Parties and noise disturbances are strictly forbidden to ensure the quiet enjoyment of other guests.
• The owners reserve the right to decline any booking or ask for a refundable deposit at their discretion.
• Any breach of the House Rules & Terms and Conditions including any damages and/or extra cleaning will result in a charge to cover the full costs (minimum £50 per person) and guests may be asked to leave without refund.

Pet Policy

Unfortunatly we do not accept pets in this property.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within these apartments. Smoking and vaping is only permitted outside. There will be a charge made if there is a smell of smoke in apartments on departure.

Fire Safety

In the unlikely event of a fire, a continuous alarm will sound. Please leave your flat immediately and assemble outside on the road. Please only
re-enter the building once declared safe to do so by the Fire Brigade. A short fire alarm test is carried out weekly on Saturday morning.
