Parties and noise disturbances are not permitted at any time to ensure the quiet enjoyment of other guests and residents. Young non family groups, hen and stag parties are not permitted. The gardens are communal and for your use. Please note that there are some steep drops in the garden so do supervise children at all times. The gate at the bottom of the garden leads out onto Rock Walk – a lovely, newly landscaped route down to the Princess Theatre, town centre and the harbour.
These apartments are strictly no smoking and smoking is only permitted on balconies. There will be a charge made if there is a smell of smoke in apartments on departure.
Please kindly note that BBQ’s are not permitted on any of the balconies in line with fire regulations.
We are a pet friendly establishment and well behaved dogs are permitted in apartment numbers 1, 5, 6, 11, 12, 14 & 15 only at an additional charge. Dog beds and bowls are available on request. Please follow our dog etiquette – do not allow dogs on the bed or sofa, without using the throws provided. Please hoover where necessary and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. If any accident occurs within the apartment please advise us as soon as possible so these can be cleaned professionally.
