House Rules

• Bookers should be over 21 years old.
• Parties and noise disturbances are strictly forbidden to ensure the quiet enjoyment of other guests.
• The owners reserve the right to decline any booking or ask for a refundable deposit at their discretion.
• Any breach of the House Rules & Terms and Conditions including any damages and/or extra cleaning will result in a charge to cover the full costs (minimum £50 per person) and guests may be asked to leave without refund.

We do welcome house-trained and well-behaved dogs in several of our apartments – please see our website for our pet friendly/non pet friendly apartments.

Cats are never permitted. Other pets on request.

Please follow the rules below in the interest of guests’ safety and well-being – especially children – and the welfare of other guests’ dogs:

• Dogs must be pre-booked
• Up to two dogs per flat are permitted in dog friendly flats; please check on plumlocations.net that dogs are permitted in the flat you are booking in advance of your visit
• We do not accept puppies under 6 months and then only when fully house trained
• Guests who bring pets into non pet friendly apartments may have their booking cancelled without refund
• Prohibited breeds classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted

We do also ask:

• • Do not leave your dog unattended at any time
  • Dogs must always be kept on a short lead in the communal areas and garden
  • Please keep your dogs off beds and sofas
  • Guests are asked to clean up after their dogs – both inside and outside the properties using dog bins where provided
  • Guests are asked to endeavour to take their dog away from the property while toileting as much as possible

Smoking

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited within these apartments. Smoking and vaping is only permitted on balconies. There will be a charge made if there is a smell of smoke in apartments on departure.

Fire Safety

In the unlikely event of a fire, a continuous alarm will sound. Please leave your flat immediately and assemble outside on the road. Please only
re-enter the building once declared safe to do so by the Fire Brigade. A short fire alarm test is carried out weekly on Saturday morning.

Gardens

The gardens are communal and for your use. Please note that there are some steep drops in the garden so do supervise children at all times. The gate at the bottom of the garden leads out onto Rock Walk – a lovely, newly landscaped route down to the Princess Theatre, town centre and the harbour.

BBQ’s

Please kindly note that BBQ’s are not permitted on any of the balconies in line with fire regulations.
