Please contact our Property Manager Dermot +33 7 68 81 02 02 (whatsapp preferred) your contact in Villefranche a few days before you leave to confirm your flight arrival time and to arrange your meet and greet. There may be a small charge for late arrivals after 9pm.
We do hope that you find everything working, however if you do experience any problems during your stay please do let Dermot know so that it can be put right for you. Should anything get broken during your stay please let us know so that it can be replaced for the next guests. Please note we cannot accept complaints made about the property after departure.
The key to the apartment costs over €100 to cut as it is a security door, please do not lose them! We will have to charge if they are lost.
We can provide a secure garage within the building with lift access to the apartment. It is suitable for small and medium size cars only (up to approximately 1900mm wide) but there is also unrestricted street parking usually readily available around the house.
Air conditioning is available for temperature control and can be operated from a unit near the front door. You can turn it on/off and change the temperature – please leave the other controls. There are radiators for heating if required controlled centrally in the building along with the hot water and locally from valves on each radiator.
We have an internet based TV service that provides a wide range of European channels including Sky, BT and Setanta as well as a range of French channels. This is operated with the black remote control after switching to HDMI1on the TV.
Please note that no wet wipes or sanitary products can be put down the toilets apart from toilet paper to avoid possible blockages.
Instruction manuals for all equipment can be found in a drawer in the kitchen.
The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made. Please leave it clean and tidy and put the rubbish in the bin area. Please remember to leave the apartment keys in your apartment on the dining table and close the door behind you.
The bins are to be found on the garage level to the left at the bottom of the stairs where there is a bin cupboard with a large black bin for general rubbish bags, and a recycling bin for plastics and cardboard.
