The very spacious lounge is luxuriously furnished, and the main double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with shower over and the twin bedroom has a shower room. Well equipped with technology including Alexa including unlimited songs or enjoy watching TV in every room. Just a stone’s throw away from the Barbican, the Hoe and even just a ferry ride from Cornwall, there is an abundance of activities awaiting you.

Spectacular sea views steal the show in this exclusive ground floor apartment. You can almost hear the lapping of the waves, when gazing out at the majestic coastline from the large wrap around balcony. The living room is illuminated due to the large French windows, dining area is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of working space. With beaches and coastal walks on your doorstep, you can make the most of your lunch and after work leisure time!

This first floor courtyard facing apartment is a cosy size with walnut flooring and finishes, together with a stylish and contemporary kitchen and bathroom.
