Network: Beach Villa
Beach Villa is secured with electronic coded systems which will be explained by the Property Manager on arrival. You have been issued with your own personal access code to the front door in your check in details and you will be able to go in and out without keys although the key fob for the electric gate will be needed when going out with a car.
We hope you enjoy your welcome tray after your journey. You have been provided with some basic food and drink and there are some local shops nearby you can use to buy more provisions when required.
We do hope that you find Beach Villa clean with everything working, however if you do experience any problems during your stay please do let your Property Manager Antonio Menna know so that he can put it right for you [email protected] +39 328 2854706 (whatsapp preferred). Should anything get broken during your stay please let us know so that it can be replaced for the next guests. Please note we cannot accept complaints made about the property after departure.
Each room has a unit for both air conditioning and/or heating. There is a remote control associated with each unit. You have 1500kw electricity included in your tariff but excess will be charged at 50c per unit.
Please note that no wet wipes or sanitary products can be put down the toilets which feed into septic tanks. Putting anything down apart from toilet paper may cause blockages.
All control instructions are in the kitchen.
A fire blanket is located in the kitchen and there are smoke alarms in key positions.
Logs can be provided at an extra cost by contacting the Property Manager. The logs already stacked on a shelf in the lounge are not to be used.
As the Beach Villa is situated by a public beach and the following precautions should therefore be taken whenever leaving the property unattended by adults:
The alarm is linked to a local security company who will attend each alarm call. NB If the alarm goes off in error you should call Prodest immediately 00 39 099 5315500 with the following message “Falso allarme Beach Villa Monte D’arena”.
Two kayaks and equipment are provided for guest use in accordance to the conditions as set out. Please read and sign the conditions and the Property Manager can then release for your own use.
Parties and noise disturbances are not permitted at any time to ensure the quiet enjoyment of other guests and residents. Young non family groups, hen and stag parties are not permitted. See terms and conditions for minimum charges for any breach, please note any breach of these conditions may also result in you being asked to leave without a refund. These apartments are strictly no smoking and smoking is only permitted on balconies. There will be a charge made if there is a smell of smoke in apartments on departure.
Please strictly follow the instructions times in the property regarding the collection days or you now risk getting a fine from the local council!
The Villa should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the Property Manager. Please leave it clean and tidy with crockery washed and refuse disposed of. Please do remember to leave the keys on the dining table and close the door behind you.
