We stayed in No 10 Clarence at Royal William Yard, Everything about the stay was wonderful. Easy to access the apartment on arrival, great communication with Property Manager, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is excellent for access to Plymouth, The Hoe and The Barbican. The views from Royal William Yard are spectacular.

Apartment is adequate. Has everything needed however we found it to be cold. The radiators do not get very warm despite following the advice in the information folder and from phoning “Sharon”. The shower doesn’t get hot unless you have it on a slow setting. There is a small electric heater in the property thank goodness. The biggest issue was just getting the information needed to get into the property. I was unable to make contact and had to email and phone several times, finally getting details on the morning we were due to arrive, even then the code to get into the property was incorrect, luckily someone was just going in as we arrived. We really liked the location but wouldn’t book this apartment again.
