If you can’t access the Wi-Fi, please check password carefully; choose another network as above or turn access point off (if available) for at least 30 seconds.
One parking space per booking is available on the roadways bounded by No 1 Elliot Terrace with 6 spaces at the side and two spaces at the front. Vehicle details should be sent by text/whatsapp to the House Manager before arrival. LWBs and further spaces are available on nearby pay and display bays.
You will be sent your check in details email two weeks before arrival and also in a text around 1 hour before your arrival time. These will include a code to the main front door and a unique code for your apartment which is activated only between your check in and check out times.
Check in is at 3pm. Apartments must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure unless alternative arrangements have been booked. Guests can request earlier check in and later check out times via Manage my Booking. Guests who leave outside their check out times are subject to charges set out in the terms and conditions.
Please ensure you take all your personal belongings with you upon check out and if you leave anything and wish for it to be sent back there will be a charge.
We welcome you with a hospitality tray with a basic selection of hot drinks and biscuits, toiletries and kitchen essentials for your convenience. As we are a self catering facility we provide enough provisions to last you for your first 24 hours with us, after this time you will need to provide anything else you require.
We do hope that you find your apartment cleaned to a very high standard with everything working and available. However, if you do experience any problems on arrival, or during your stay, it is very important you let the House Manager (07860 921067) know straight away so that we can take immediate steps to put it right. It is not possible to properly address any complaints of this nature after departure. Should anything get broken during your stay please also let us know so that we can ensure it is replaced for the next guests. It is also expected that you leave your apartment in a reasonable condition (ie: dishes washed, rubbish in bins and bins put outside). Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning time being required and this maybe chargeable to you.
Apartments 1, 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 5 and 6 have an all electric system programmed for your comfort and safety. They temperature can be altered on each radiator but must not be turned off, please call the Housekeeper to request any adjustment.
Apartments 4 and 7 heating and hot water can be boosted with a temperature increase for 2 hours using the hallway thermostat.
We want you to be comfortable during your stay. The heating is controllable for your comfort. However, our business is also fully committed to our sustainability principles, and for this reason we would ask you to help us reduce our carbon footprint by observing the following:
Many thanks for your cooperation with this. We do our best to minimise the carbon consumption of the business, to save your potential overuse charges and also for environmental reasons.
Please note that no wet wipes, nappies or sanitary products can be put down the toilets. Putting anything down apart from toilet paper may cause an immediate blockage.
Cots, high chairs and/or Z beds with bedding will have been put in the apartment if pre-booked. Please note we do not provide cot bedding.
These will be left for you if booked, please use the mattress protector supplied.
Apartments 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 have washer/dryers, please only put half a load in for drying. Apartments 1a, 2 and 3 can use the laundry on the second floor lobby.
Please note that the refuse bin is available to the left of the front door at the crossroads. There is a key by the front door, please remember to lock after use.
Please check in the kitchen drawer where you will find instructions for appliances and a list which details the location of your fire blanket/fire extinguishers, first aid kit, water stop clock & electricity mains.
