We have been developing our properties mainly for holidays now for nearly three decades, carefully selected for their location and period features and usually listed. We love restoring and stylishly furnishing these places. We own most of the properties ourselves so can always ensure they are maintained to high standards.
We are a family business where our drive and enthusiasm has grown from our passion for both restoring and restyling period buildings as well as travelling and we strive for no less than the very best standards we expect for ourselves.
We encourage feedback from guests as much as possible so we can keep on top of issues as they arise and make sure our service is continually being maintained and improved.
We live in a great spot in South Hams, Devon just the two of us now with our dog Alfie as our three daughters have recently flown the nest. We manage all the accommodation ourselves together with our carefully selected team of staff.
We are between Torquay with its sunny microclimate and beautiful bay, Plymouth conveniently close to the beautiful beaches of South Hams and Cornwall with the great scenery and walking close by on Dartmoor.
