Every apartment is self-contained with its own living area, well-equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, all tastefully and comfortably furnished to a high standard.
Our Devon winter let rates are based on a minimum five-month term, with a refundable deposit of £500 required at booking; smoking is not permitted. Very reasonable all-inclusive monthly rates are available, covering electricity, gas, water, council tax, free superfast Wi-Fi, and TV licence.
